Audio

Audio communication is essential to human interaction and collaboration. Magor TeleCollaboration includes a robust audio subsystem that provides flexible audio conferencing capabilities. Multi-directional audio acquired from the Audio Tabletop Unit (ATU) ensures spatially-sensitive HD audio always comes from the direction of the screen showing the speaker to heighten the organic and immersive experience. Audio-only participants can be included in any Magor TeleCollaboration session through Magor’s fully integrated bridge capability.

Wideband audio

The documents on your computer are your most useful collaboration resources. As long as your computer is connected — wirelessly or through Ethernet — to the network, Magor TeleCollaboration allows you to securely incorporate any documents on your desktop into the video experience. You can then work as you would normally — by presenting documents to colleagues or by collaborating and sharing document control with other participants — all with the benefit of the large Magor TeleCollaboration video screen. Computer desktops can be displayed across as of the much screen area as you like.

Telephone and conferencing integration

Magor TeleCollaboration includes a fully-featured audio conferencing bridge that can be used with any telephone*. An integrated desk phone can also be used to initiate video communications or an audio-only conference, to add new participants to a conference in progress, or simply as a high-quality SIP speakerphone. These capabilities mean any room with Magor TeleCollaboration is also a fully equipped audio conference room.

* Connection to an existing enterprise voice network involves the use of a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)-based VoIP connection. Many modern Private Branch Exchanges (PBX) already support SIP trunks.
