Christie Selects Magor TeleCollaboration for Worldwide Visual Collaboration Infrastructure

Christie®, the global leader in projection systems and digital display solutions, has selected the Magor TeleCollaboration HDWorkPlace family as its worldwide infrastructure for visual collaboration. As a global company, Christie wanted to improve communication and collaboration among its departments worldwide and with its worldwide partners and suppliers, and it needed to be able to make HD visual collaboration calls anywhere in the world, over any network.

“Providing our global offices with an easy to use, rich visual collaboration experience that speeds and enhances decision making and raises productivity was a key priority for us,” said Ashish Kudsia, Christie’s IT Director.

  • Magor TeleCollaboration Featured at Wainhouse Research Summit in Amsterdam

Attendees at the Wainhouse Research Collaboration Summit in Amsterdam enjoyed two information-packed days centered on developments in driving business transformation with visual communications solutions. Magor’s Ken Davison presented an interactive demonstration of Magor TeleCollaboration, including the delivery of scalable video over non-engineered networks; advanced data collaboration with instant drag-and-drop sharing of computer desktops and the ability to let permitted participants see, control and edit shared files in real time; and the ability to conduct impromptu, ad hoc visual collaboration sessions. Of particular interest to attendees that have a need to collaborate with mobile knowledge workers was a demonstration of how Magor TeleCollaboration extends its reach to smart phones and tablets (any device and browser).
